Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

How It Works

1. Send an email to support@zivo-fashion.com with your order number
2. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days
3. Ship the package to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
